Terms and Conditions

 

All trips organised by Boyce Coach Travel Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions laid out below. Every care is taken that the description of the trips and the information in this brochure are accurate at the date of publication .However Boyce Coach Travel Ltd reserve the right to vary the route, ferry crossings, or accommodation should the need arise to do so in the interests of our passengers .All bookings are taken as evidence that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:  Your booking does/ will not include travel insurance. You must purchase your own travel insurance. We will not be held responsible if you do not have travel insurance. You can contact Hickey Clarke and Langan for Travel insurance.

*Verbal bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit €100.00 per person travelling .All deposits are non-refundable.

*All balances for overnight tours are due 1 month  prior to departure . If we do not receive the balance your booking will be cancelled .Boyce Coach Travel  Ltd  is not obliged to issue verbal or written reminders.

*Bookings taken less than 1 month  prior to departure must be paid in full.

*Cancellations received less than 1 month of departure are non-refundable.

(Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers)

*Day tour/ Concert bookings must be paid in full 1 week before departure and are non-refundable but may be transferred to any other tour if we are informed at least 1 week in advance.

*The prices of all tours are guaranteed unless government increases an increase in taxation, which affects the price of your trip, or there is a dramatic increase in the Sterling exchange rate .

*In the unlikely event that Boyce Coach Travel Ltd may have to cancel a tour, for any reason whatsoever, a full refund of all monies paid will be made . However, you can transfer monies paid to any other trip available . Lack of numbers may be a valid reason to cancel a tour.

*A minimum of 30 fair paying passengers is required to operate a coach on any departure . However were the numbers are lower than 30 on a departure a minibus may be used.

*Soccer Tours – Boyce Coach Travel Ltd will notify you as soon as possible if a match is transferred or postponed .All monies paid will be transferred to the new date without question. Boyce Coach Travel Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any such changes and reserve the right to alter the itinerary or length of stay in accommodation with any such changes.

*If a tour has already departed and a match or event is cancelled the tour will continue as a LEASURE BREAK and a refund of the entrance fee will be issued by our office subsequent to your return.

*Late alterations may be made to an itinerary in the event of a ferry cancellation prior to departure resulting is late arrival or missing an event refund will not be issued unless we receive them from our supplier.  This also applies to other circumstances which are beyond the control of Boyce Coach Travel Ltd ,such as traffic congestion or road works.

*Boyce Coach Travel Ltd are not responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or other property ,except upon proof of negligence of their staff or agents .

*Boyce Coach Travel Ltd are not responsible for any accidents , damage or loss insured while customers vehicles are parked at our yard.

*Unacceptable behaviour of any sort will result in the expulsion of those persons involved from the tour, at the discretion of the driver/representative.

*Smoking and the consumption or carriage of alcohol in coaches is strictly prohibited at all times.

*In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint, you should notify your driver immediately. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you should notify our office in writing within 5 days of your return.
